Spent about 2 hours putting this thing together. Not a carpenter by trade but I have built cabins and workshops, crap like that. There are so many parts that it takes a bit to get everything organized. This does ship in 2 boxes. I got the frame two days prior to getting all of the wood. After you receive the first box, Amazon will show your order complete. Don't freak out, the other will show up shortly after. Pretty good quality, looks great completely built. The up/down works great, not really loud and moves relatively quick. Instructions were ok, shouldn't really cause any problems. I had trepidation dropping $250.00 on a desk with no reviews. I will say that you should not be nervous about purchasing this desk.
