I bought this desk because the dimensions fit perfectly in the small space I had available. I was not disappointed in the fit. Other positives are that it looks good and seems sturdy, especially for the price.However, I've never had so much difficulty assembling furniture. The photo instructions for the long drawer were not detailed enough to be able to tell which way to assemble it. I eventually figured it out but it took me at least half an hour. Additionally, I had two pages of the same two steps and was missing a page. I was able to figure that part out but if you haven't put together much furniture before now, I would not advise this. It was also extremely difficult to put both sets of drawers into the frame. Better instructions would have recommended not fully tightening the frame into place until after those were secured.In addition to the difficulty with assembly, the desk is very uncomfortable. The edge is sharp for resting your arms, especially with a laptop. It would work much better if the bottom, long drawer was a keyboard tray. If that were the case, I'd use a wireless or USB keyboard to more comfortably sit at the desk.Even with the difficulty with assembly and the level of discomfort, I can't get over how good this looks and how sturdy it is for the price so I'm still giving it 3 stars overall.
