Color is awful! I ordered oak and I received a grey, unconvincing fake wood finish. Scratches easily, showing the particle board underneath. I will be painting it just so I can live with it. Be aware - this thing is HEAVY! You'll need a sturdy wall and hopefully ability to attach to studs.
