I received damaged product initially. The interior packaging from the manufacturer doesn't support the corners of the box so the corners of a few prices were damaged. However, I sent messages to the seller and they called me the next day, which was amazing. The customer service rep was very pleasant and helpful. We talked through the pieces that needed replacing and he arranged to have them sent to me. They arrived in a few days! It was a very painless process. I would absolutely buy from this seller again because of their customer service. As for the product, assembly is challenging just because of the volume of pieces that need to be put together. It's time consuming but not overwhelming. Really, for the money you'd be hard pressed to find a better table. Yes, it's particle board. But a solid wood version of this set up would run 5-6x more money. It's a pretty solid table was assembled. Overall, I would highly recommend the product and the sellerI purchased this desk to upgrade my work from home setup in a small spare bedroom. I am very happy with the amount of storage and the amount of desk space. The only thing I wish is that the desk didn't bolt on to the side storage in specific spots, so I could instead extend it a little bit. But for the price, I am happy with it.The packaging definitly needs to be improved ! Some of the pieces were not secured and obvisiously was tossed around - you can see the styrofoam is beat up! There was some damage the the top of the desk, but we were able to turn it to the back. Overall, it's a pretty good desk and looks nice. I'm glad people warned that it came in 2 shipments, so we knew to wait for both boxes!I don’t know why this desk is receiving such good reviews. It’s material is made of cheap piece of crap. The instructions said 30 minutes it took me three days to put it together. Sections through each wouldn’t lock in or go all the way in the hole so the would lock. A corner was broken I glued it on. The cheap plastic feet broke the first time I lifted and shifted the desk to make it even. One of drawer parts was broken thank goodness it’s on the inside so it won’t be seen. None of the drawers except the bottom on would fall in line correctly. This this just made as cheaply as can be. And will get damaged very easily. Definitely not a durable product. I like the design and that’s why I bought it and for the storage because my office isn’t very large and I don’t have a closet. But I am very disappointed especially for the price.Great desk, makes my room far less full with more useable space. Holes for screws were well placed and assembly instructions well written. Only reason for the drop to 4 stars was that the instructions say assembly is one hour. If you're daily job is putting theses desks together, that's probably true... If not, assume 2.5 hours even with an electric drill (highly recommend using one!).But I want to reiterate - the instruction were really easy to follow and week illustrated.Decent size desk for my need. Shelves are nice for extra storage. Disappointed in the pullout drawers. The are short and don't pull out the whole way. Especially on the large bottom drawer because you can't get to anything filed toward the back. Plus why would you not make a drawer that dit the full lenght of the drawer.Fairly good quality, some pieces did not fit together well when assembling but was able to squeeze them together. Once built very sturdy.
