****UPDATE****After a few back and forth emails with the seller, they tried to rectify the issue and offered to send me a new chair. Days after use, the left armrest was coming off due to the screw not being able to go in properly because of the angle screw hole (additional photo). They shipped a new chair and I received it today. Unfortunately, they sent me a totally different chair. I informed them and advised them that I appreciate the effort but I was done dealing with the issue. It’s just too much! I give them an “A” for effort but at the end of the day, I still have a defective chair and another type/style of chair that I never wanted.***************************I wanted this chair to work but there’s just a lot of quality control issues with it. The biggest issue is the backrest. The stitching wasn’t straight so it looks like the chair is leaning more on one side. The threaded hole (also on the backrest) for the armrest screw was installed at an angle so the screw couldn’t go in straight and as far as it should. Due to this issue, the armrest doesn’t sit parallel to the seat. Assembly wasn’t a breeze. The L bracket at the bottom of the backrest was too short that you have to exert a lot of effort to push the seat & backrest together to get the screws in. I have assembled so many computer chairs and this by far gave me the most problems. I wouldn’t recommend this chair, I’m only keeping it because it’s more of a hassle to return. With these quality issues, I doubt that this chair would last for a long time.Great chair and if it lasts it would be even better. It was purchased a month and a week ago and now it has started to drop by itself.Chair is leaning towards back side hand grabbing not fit.. wasted money.
